Fuse Type S bots started in 2015. Aldus was the first of the fuse bots, made from a used fuse found at Restore. These fuses are found at Restore in all different colors and designs from the 40’s to the 80’s. These fuses use to be widely used in house’s electrical boxes. Since the 60’s these fuses have been replaced by modern electrical brakes in homes. The smaller fuses are still used in some electrical equipment.
Tres was the first bot, in 2016, to use antique electrical adapter as a head. These adapters vary in shape, size, and color, but all have the top plug and three outlets on the sides. The adapters range in age, starting around the 40’s to the 60’s.
