If you would like to return your items because the item is damaged or defective you may do so for store credit within 14 days of when your order was received. Typically we only accept returns for store credit when an item is damaged or defective. However we want to make sure you are happy with our products. Send us an email if you are unhappy with an item and we will work with you to make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit.
Hand made item like bot sculpture and jewelry are one of a kind items and can be returned for store credit. To do so, send us an email at email@example.com and more information will be given to you about how to return the item.
Print to order items like apparel, wall art, home decor, and tech are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange.
Once an order is made, most items start the process of being made right away, so orders can not be cancelled. If you email us right away there is a small chance an item can be cancelled, but we can’t promise anything.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. After you email Lee Bots, an address will be sent and you will be able to send the item(s).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
