Typewriter bots started in 2015. Berat was the first of the typewriter bots, made from a 60’s electrical typewriter that was found in Nancy’s grandma’s house. Typewriter bots are made from every kind of typewriter, ranging in ages from the 30’s to the 90’s. From manual typewriter that use no power, to typewriter that are almost computer like.  Most of these are found from secondhand stores.

Along with typewriter parts, there are ribbon tins that once housed the typewriter ribbon. The ribbon was like the ink of the typewriter.
