Thank you for your interest in shopping with us. We’ll send you an email when your order has shipped, including a tracking number (if available).
Get your order on time!
To receive an order by a certain date, place your order 3-4 weeks in advance (in the United States) or 4-5 weeks in advance (outside the U.S.)

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Processing times vary. In general, it takes 2-8 days to process an item before shipping.

After processing, it takes an average of 2-14 days to ship an order in the United States or up to 30 days outside the U.S.
Express shipping is not available.
Shipping is calculated by weight of items.

After an order is placed, it’s difficult to cancel. If you want to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at lee@leebots.com to discuss your options. We’re open Monday through Friday.

You’re responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you’re shipping an item worth more than $75, consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we’ll receive your return.
After we receive your return, we’ll email you regarding your refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank and/or credit card company before contacting us at lee@leebots.com.
